Christie qualified in Dentistry from Bristol University in 1993 before going on to gain experience in all aspects of oral surgery in a number of hospitals’ Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery departments.
She gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery form the Royal College of Surgeons London before working as a speciality doctor in Maxillofacial Surgery at the George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton.
In 2011 Christie joined the Orthodontics For You practice, carrying out minor oral surgery.
