Allison has worked in dentistry in Solihull for most of her working life, having gained the National Certificate as a Dental Surgery Assistant in 1987. She has worked at Orthodontics For You for over 15 years.
In 1989, she started to work for the local NHS Trust as part of the team who run the Emergency Dental Service – a role she still carries out today.
After her initial certification, Allison went on to complete further training at Guys Hospital, London, obtaining post certificate qualifications in Dental Radiography and Orthodontics before being selected to undertake the Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy at Leeds Dental Institute in 2008.
